For the convenience of our customers, we are operating dealer and service network across the country.
All products of Yangsan Machinery is being produced under strict quality control.
However, in case of manufacturing defect found, we provide free replacement or repairing (based on our warranty policy).

Free replacement

When a fault occurs due to manufacturing defect, you can get free repairing or replacement.
However, damage to the product due to user's misuse shall be excluded..

Paid repairing

Simple repairing may be provided in free of charge.

* In case of paid repairing, to protect the interest of customers, we are maintaining fixed price policy for major part. You can safely use the service provided at the local dealers or designated shops.
* In case there's no local dealer or designated shop available in your area, you may directly send the goods to the head office.
* Repairing cost shall be paid in cash soon after the repairing finished.
* Payment for paid repair.

A/S Training

We provide A/S Training for quality assurance.
The actual user or service personnel from dealers are invited to directly apply for our education.

A/S tools for sale

Repairing tool are available for sale, please consult to our head office in advance.
